1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service deliverables to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

- Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without prior notice or mutual agreement for an extension.

- Termination of Contract: If you decide to terminate the contract before the services are fully rendered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and the costs incurred up to the point of termination.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

- Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered as per the contract, no refunds will be issued.

- Monthly Retainers: Monthly retainer fees for ongoing social media management services are non-refundable after the month has begun.

- One-Time Consultations: Fees for one-time consultations are non-refundable after the consultation has been provided.

- Initial Payment: The initial 25% payment required at the time of signing the agreement is non-refundable if the client decides to discontinue the service within one week of the agreement.

- Post-Week Discontinuation: If the client decides to discontinue the service after one week from the start of the agreement, the amount for work already completed will not be refundable. Only the amount for work not yet completed will be refundable.
4. Payment Terms

- Initial Payment: 25% of the total amount is due on the day the agreement is signed. The remaining balance must be paid within one week from the start of the agreement.

- Advance Payment: Payment for each month is due between the 1st and the 7th of that month.

- Specific Deliverables: Payments for paid portions and SEO blog writing are due the day after the delivery of the work.

- Additional Costs: Any costs for paid marketing and content writing for blogs will be billed separately.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact Us: Email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving the service deliverables, providing detailed information about your concerns.

- Review: We will review your request and the circumstances surrounding it. This process may take up to 14 days.

- Resolution: We will either issue a refund, provide an alternative solution, or explain why a refund is not applicable.
6. Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated based on the following factors:

- The portion of the services completed and delivered.

- Any non-refundable costs or expenses incurred.

- The original service agreement and scope of work.
7. Payment of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of approval. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
